SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
All rugs are custom made to order and will ship in 3-4 weeks.
SHIPPING
Due to current carrier shipping constraints, there are extended shipping timelines on some orders of up to 14-21 business days. You may note a delay from shipping label creation to the actual carrier pick up date at our facility. There may also be longer processing lead times, so please reference the product page for the most current information. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. CadizXPLR provides free shipping to the Continental US only and is unable to ship to PO or APO boxes.
Our Free Shipping apply only to the 48 contiguous states. We can provide a special shipping quote prior to all orders for Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.
Once the order reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you by phone, email, or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Most carriers deliver Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. More remote destinations have limited routes and delivery times may take longer than usual. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless requested/noted as ""white glove delivery."" Please note some orders require a signature and should be inspected prior to acceptance.
Custom or pre-order items are not yet in our facility and the lead times of those items are estimates subject to change if we encounter delays. Some items have additional processing lead times once the item comes into stock and may not ship immediately.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email when it is complete and we'll send the tracking number confirming that your order has been shipped.
RETURNS
It’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase!
If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or is a CUSTOM Order, it is not eligible for return.
ALL SALES using a discount or promocode are FINAL.
We are unable to refund original shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, you are responsible for providing equivalent protective packaging. Items must be in new, original condition, meaning they are unused/unwashed and show no signs of wear.
TO START YOUR RETURN
Return requests will be accepted within 7 days of delivery by email to hello@cadizxplr.com. Returns will receive a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a 40% restocking fee from the original product price.
Orders that are cancelled in transit or refused at delivery due to non-damage reasons are also subject to a 40% re-stocking fee.
If your item was marked as oversize or white glove, please contact hello@cadizxplr.com to arrange your return. Due to item size, we are not able to issue ground return labels for these items.
In case of damage while in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery to file a claim. All items must be fully inspected by consignee and any damages or incorrect items must be noted before signing for your delivery.
Our rugs are handmade and variation/imperfection in weave, fiber color and size and overall rug size are normal characteristics. These slight variances are natural and not considered a manufacturing defect. CadizXPLR assumes no liability for these variances, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a verified defect.
Color note: Because computer monitors displays color differently, CadizXPLR is not responsible for variations between the actual product color and screen display colorations.
